Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before engaging MedScholars Publications. By placing an order or otherwise using our services, you ("Client", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If at any point a breach of contract is suspected, work will be paused immediately and you will be notified in writing. MedScholars reserves the right to terminate services where continued cooperation is no longer viable.

1. General Instructions

  • Dedicated Support Channels
    • WhatsApp (24 × 7) — Business Coordination Team only
    • Telephone — Direct calls with technical personnel are arranged by prior request and subject to availability. Call windows: Monday–Saturday, 09:30–18:00 IST.

  • TopicSpecific Communication
    • Business matters (pricing, instalments, receipts, dispatch status, additional requirements) — coordinate exclusively with the Business Coordination Team.
    • Technical matters (methodology, analytics, editing, journal formatting, etc.) — address only with the assigned Technical Expert.

  • Official Record of Instructions
    All technical updates, queries, corrections, and modifications must be submitted in writing (email or WhatsApp). Verbal changes are not considered official until confirmed in writing.

  • Project Commencement & Dispatch
    Work begins upon confirmation of advance payment. Completed deliverables are shared via the registered email or Watsapp.

  • WordCount Basis
    Charges linked to manuscript length (e.g., plagiarism checks, editing) are calculated at 300 words = 1 page.

2. Service Limitations & Professional Disclaimer (New Section)

  1. Potential Delivery Delays
    While we strive to meet agreed timelines, personal emergencies, unexpected operational challenges, or lastminute journal guideline changes may necessitate reasonable extensions of a few business days. Clients will be informed promptly, and revised timelines will be provided.

  2. Professional Engagement
    All services are rendered by a multidisciplinary team comprising practising physicians, university professors, and qualified statisticians. MedScholars acts solely as an academic support platform designed to assist students and healthcare professionals. Threats, intimidation, or legal harassment of our staff are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of services.

3. Refund, Privacy, Cancellation & Revision Policies

3.1 Refunds

  • No Refunds. All payments are nonrefundable once work has commenced, regardless of later changes in scope or Client withdrawal.

3.2 Privacy

  • MedScholars maintains strict confidentiality. Client manuscripts, data, and personal details are never shared with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit written consent.

3.3 Cancellations

  • No Cancellations. After confirmation of advance payment, projects cannot be cancelled.

3.4 Revisions

4. Client Benefits

  • Data Retention — Project files are archived for 6 months postcompletion. Lost files can be reissued on request.

  • Responsive Communication — Email and WhatsApp are monitored every 15 minutes during business hours.

  • Session Recording — Draft discussions may be recorded (call or screen) for quality assurance with prior consent.

  • Referral Incentives — Fee reductions apply when you refer additional scholars. Multiple referrals accepted (standard eligibility terms apply).

  • Flexible Instalments
    • Single advance — Short projects
    • Two instalments — Research paper preparation & acceptance processes (e.g., SCI, Elsevier, IEEE, Springer)
    • Three instalments — Part A, Part B, Part C

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. Failing such resolution within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
